Stay at a bed and breakfast inn

My first bed and breakfast experience was in Buenos Aires, Argentina.  It was great...I had a 2 story loft for cheap!  Included wireless, breakfast, and a great host!

Take a trip by Train

On the way up to Machu Picchu (Aguas Calientes to be specific)...beautiful ride up!

I got the best seat in the house!  Panoramic views!

Tour a chocolate factory

I've always wanted to go to a chocolate factory (I loved Charlie & the Chocolate Factory as a child).  It wasn't quite as exciting as Willy Wonka's Factory, but I still enjoyed it (especially the test samples).  We weren't allowed to take any pictures inside, hence you are left with a picture of the sign.  The chocolate factory was in Sucre, Bolivia.

Host a dinner party for my closest friends

I made homemade guacamole, spanish rice, refried beans, tacos (using my own blend of spices), and Chicken Flautas. For dessert we had Lily's infamous cupcakes, and Cheesecake Brownies (Yum!)

Get lost in a cave

I went glow worm caving in New Zealand. It was beautiful...and scary at the same time. You don't know total darkness until you go into a cave.

This was in San Pedro de Atacama in Chile.  This is one of the wider parts of the cave.  We were crawling for most of it.
