Thai Spring Rolls That I Made

I went to an Asian Fusion cooking class and it was delightful!  For $50 we got to go in a restaurant kitchen (even got to wear an apron), and chopped, whisked, and cooked like a real chef.  After making our delicious creations, we were brought into another room to sit down and eat them.   In the end we got a neatly packed goodie bag with leftover food.  It was such a good deal.

Other classes I had looked into charged much more to just watch someone cook without being able to taste the food.  If I wanted to do that then I would just watch the Food Network!  We ate so much that our tummies were so full.  I am definitely going to be taking more classes there!
